Birth is something we hear about often, yet many women arrive at labour having never seen a real birth before. For many families, seeing birth can be both empowering and reassuring, helping to build confidence, increase understanding and take away some of the fear of the unknown.
This collection includes a variety of birth experiences, from home births and water births to hospital births and caesarean births. The videos have been carefully chosen to help you explore a range of birth journeys and better understand what birth can look like in real life.
