Birth Videos
Every birth is unique. These videos are shared to help you see a range of normal birth experiences and understand what labour can look like in different settings. This is birth as it really happens — raw, real and incredibly powerful.
Some videos contain more graphic footage of real births and are marked with an asterisk (*). Please watch only if and when you feel ready.
