The Complete Birth & Baby Programme

If you're looking for one course that prepares you for late pregnancy, labour, birth, early parenthood, caring for your baby, and the often-overlooked importance of postnatal recovery, this is the course for you.

The thought of giving birth can feel really overwhelming. Our 5-week, midwife-led Antenatal & Early Parenthood Programme combines specialist birth preparation, hypnobirthing and biomechanics to help you see birth differently/positive light/more favourably/i funno, practical newborn care, expert breastfeeding support, postnatal recovery guidance, and real-world local midwifery insight to support you through every stage. More than a traditional antenatal class, we've redesigned antenatal education for modern families. It's a space to learn, slow down, connect with your baby and birth partner, and prepare for one of life's biggest transitions in a beautiful, welcoming setting.

With a maximum of just six couples per course, you'll have plenty of time to ask questions and get to know other local parents-to-be. You'll leave not only feeling confident and prepared for birth, but with a supportive community of local families to share the journey into parenthood with.
