The Complete Birth & Baby Programme
If you're looking for one programme that prepares you for late pregnancy, labouu, birth, becoming parents, caring for your baby and the often-overlooked importance of postnatal recovery, this is the class for you.
Our 5-week, midwife-led Antenatal & Early Parenthood Programme combines specialist birth preparation, hypnobirthing and biomechanics, real-world local midwifery insight, practical newborn care, feeding support and expert postnatal recovery guidance to support you through every stage. More than a traditional antenatal class, we have redesigned antenatal education for modern families. This is a space to learn, slow down, connect with your baby and birth partner, and prepare for one of life's biggest transitions in a beautiful and welcoming setting.
