Antenatal Classes in Exmouth
Our antenatal education classes in Exmouth, Devon, offer far more than information — it provides reassurance, clarity and confidence as you navigate pregnancy and prepare for birth and early parenthood. Families join us from across East Devon and Exeter.
In our small, welcoming sessions, we explore labour and birth in depth, helping you to understand your options and feel confident navigating the local maternity system. With additional training in biomechanics for birth, I bring a deeper understanding of how positioning, movement and the birth environment can support labour to progress more effectively. We discuss both vaginal and caesarean birth, prepare you for feeding, postnatal recovery and guide you through the realities of the early weeks with your newborn.
Grounded in evidence and real clinical experience, these classes combine expert teaching with practical preparation — equipping you with the knowledge, skills and calm assurance you need as you step into this next chapter.
