Postnatal Group Reunion - A truly special part of The Coastal Birth Club is the opportunity to build meaningful connections with other families preparing for birth at the same time as you. Our postnatal reunion is a relaxed and welcoming gathering, where you’ll return with your babies to share your birth experiences, gently debrief, and receive support with feeding if needed — all over tea, coffee and cake.
Held during the day, around four weeks after the final baby in your group has arrived, this session offers a calm space to reflect, reconnect and settle into early parenthood together.
We hope this marks the beginning of lasting friendships and a supportive community that continues well beyond the course.
