COURSE OVERVIEW
Week 1 - Late pregnancy and preparing for birth
Week 2 - Giving birth to your baby
Week 3 - Coping mechanisms and pain relief. Hypnobirthing for any birth, relaxation and aromatherapy
Week 4 - Meeting your baby and how to feed them
Week 5 - The Fourth trimester, sleep, postnatal recovery and relationships
Week 6 - Relaxed and informal group social over dinner - celebrate together before your babies are born.
Postnatal Reunion - Welcome babies. Share birth stories and debrief over cake (around 4 weeks after the last baby is due to be born)

WHATS INCLUDED?
Upon booking you will receive your pre-course workbook. Please fill this out and send it back prior to the course start date (this helps me get to know each of you and your individual stories beforehand).
5 Weeks of taught classes. Each week is themed and carefully planned out. You will be sent a detailed summary of class content after booking
Group Social. Week 6 is a pre arranged relaxed group celebration at a venue in Exmouth. All details of venue Head there to
Postnatal Reunion. The relationships formed during the course don’t end when the sessions do. As part of our commitment to helping you build a strong support network, we offer a complimentary postnatal meet-up around one month after the final baby in the group arrives. It’s a chance to reconnect, share birth stories, and support one another as new parents — with the hope that these gatherings naturally grow into regular catch-ups long after the course ends.
